Book online at txlaketoys.com/book: pick your ski(s), time, and date, sign the rental agreement, and pay a $50 deposit per ski. You'll get a confirmation email right away. For same-day rentals, call or text 214-586-0829.
Lil Ripper (Sea-Doo SPX, 1 rider) is $110 for 2 hours, $190 half day, $330 full day. Big Red (Sea-Doo Wake 155, up to 3 riders) is $170 for 2 hours, $290 half day, $510 full day. Fuel is included.
A $50 deposit per ski holds your booking and goes toward your total. Cancel 48+ hours before your start time for a full refund. Within 48 hours it's non-refundable, and no-shows (30+ minutes late without contacting us) forfeit it.
Yes. At the ramp we place a refundable $150 hold per ski on your card. It's released after the ski comes back with no new damage or late fees.
If we cancel for unsafe weather (lightning, storms, high winds), your deposit moves to a new date within 30 days, or you get a full refund. Rain or clouds alone aren't considered unsafe. If weather rolls in during your rental, head back to the ramp. Time lost to weather isn't refunded.
There's a 15-minute grace period. After that, late returns are $2 per minute.
Rentals run 9 AM until shortly before sunset, since Texas law allows jet skis only from sunrise to sunset. Online booking is open March through October. In the off-season (November–February), call or text 214-586-0829 to book.
The person booking must be 18 or older. Riders who are 16 or 17 can ride or drive with a parent or legal guardian's signed consent, and the guardian must be at the ramp at check-in and return. No one under 16 can ride, under any circumstances.
Yes. Every driver needs a valid driver's license. Texas also requires a Boater Education Certificate for jet ski operators. See the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (tpwd.texas.gov) for details and exemptions.
Lil Ripper is a single-rider ski (200 lbs max). Big Red holds up to 3 riders (500 lbs combined). Everyone on board must be 16 or older.
Yes. After you book, you'll get one waiver link to forward to your whole group. Every passenger signs before boarding, and riders who are 16 or 17 sign with a parent or guardian.
No. Every rental starts with an in-person safety briefing on the controls, rules, and local area before you head out.
Stewart Creek Park, 3700 Sparks Rd, The Colony, TX 75056 (Lake Lewisville). We meet at the boat ramp. The park charges an entry fee. To skip it, there's a small lot just before the entrance you can park in and walk over.
Your driver's license, the card for the security hold, sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, a towel, water, and clothes that can get wet. Life jackets are provided. Leave valuables in your car; onboard storage isn't waterproof.
10–15 minutes early. Your rental time starts at your booked start time, and check-in and the safety briefing happen before you head out.
Yes. Fuel is included in every rental, and we handle all fueling.
No. No alcohol or drugs during the rental. Boating while intoxicated carries the same penalties as DWI in Texas.
