These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Texas Lake Toys LLC website at txlaketoys.com and your use of our personal watercraft rental services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website, or interfere with any other party's use of the website. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offense.
All rental services are subject to the Texas Lake Toys LLC Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver, which must be signed before any watercraft may be operated. Key rental terms include:
• All operators must be at least 18 years of age with a valid U.S. driver's license. Operators 16–17 years of age require a completed Amendment C and parent or legal guardian signature
• A valid Texas Boater Education Certificate is required for all operators under Texas law
• All riders must be able to swim independently
• Fuel is included in the rental price. Company controls all fueling
• A security deposit is required at time of rental
• Late returns are subject to a fee of $2.00 per minute after a 15-minute grace period
All prices listed on this website are subject to change at any time without prior notice, including increased rates for holidays, peak season, and special events. The rate confirmed at the time of booking applies to that rental only. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed through our Square booking system.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined at the time of booking. Please contact us at (214) 586-0829 or info@txlaketoys.com to discuss cancellation of an existing booking. Texas Lake Toys LLC reserves the right to cancel any rental at any time due to weather conditions, equipment issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Personal watercraft operation involves inherent risks of injury, death, and property damage. By using our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to the terms of our Liability Waiver, which must be signed separately before operating any watercraft. Texas Lake Toys LLC is not responsible for injuries, death, or property damage arising from the use of our equipment.
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and the Texas Lake Toys LLC brand — is the property of Texas Lake Toys LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Texas Lake Toys LLC may photograph or video record rentals and activities for marketing and promotional purposes. Adult renters and participants consent to this use by signing the rental agreement. Minor participants require a signed Minor Model Release from a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Texas Lake Toys LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the rental giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
